the location was indeed beautiful. a short walk with the family led us right down to the beach, how cool is that? the staff were friendly and always super professional (that's what i like!).

the cabin we rented was a little unsuitable for a group of four adults. also, i found customer service lacking when we had to leave after just one night. i emailed management but never got a response (i expected more from them).

musty smelluncomfortable sofa

The lodge had a noticeable musty smell upon our arrival. it felt very basic. No tea towels or washing up liquid were provided. the sofa beds in the conservatory were far from comfy (i wouldn't recommend them). a night on one of those hurt my back. i think the lodge is better suited for four people instead of six.
